Our graduate scheme

Every year, we recruit new or recent graduates to our international market research management programme with a view to fast-tracking them towards management positions within B2B International.

You will be provided with specific objectives for each module and be guided by a mentor (one of B2B International’s directors).

Research Director or Senior Research Manager – Maternity Cover


Fixed-term contract (circa. 12 months, to start February 2020)


Location: London | Full-time | Salary negotiable depending on experience


What we are looking for:


We require an experienced Research Director or Senior Research Manager to join our small but busy team in central London.
The role is hands-on, involving all aspects of market research. The successful candidate will be ambitious and keen to play a leading role in the development of our company. The candidate will work on, and lead, a range of different project types in different sectors. Previous experience in research is a must, preferably in the B2B space, with agency-side experience a significant advantage. This is a client-facing role and the ability to win in new business and manage on-going client relationships is crucial.

We are seeking extensive experience on a range of different projects preferably including at least one of the following:

  • Customer satisfaction/loyalty
  • Brand studies
  • Customer segmentation
  • Market assessment
  • New product/concept development

Solid capabilities in the core research activities which make up the main elements of the role:

  • Enquiry handling by phone or in person
  • Designing research
  • Proposal writing
  • Pitching
  • Designing questionnaires
  • Qualitative & Quantitative Data analysis
  • Constructing presentations
  • Presentation skills
  • Project management skills

Research Executive


Permanent | Location: Düsseldorf | Full Time


We are looking for a Research Executive to join our small but busy team in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Your responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle together with the Research Manager
  • Questionnaire design
  • Collaboration with our Data Processing Team to support them with the set-up of questionnaires
  • Collaboration with our Operations Team during fieldwork
  • Data Analysis
  • Report writing
  • Preparation and presentation of project results to customers

Person requirements:

  • You are expected to have an undergraduate degree or equivalent, in a numeric or scientific discipline
  • A specialism in mathematics or statistics is advantageous but not essential
  • You are looking for your first job or already have 1-2 years’ experience working in market research
  • You have experience in using software packages to analyse data, such as SPSS
  • You like numbers and have knowledge of statistical techniques
  • You have the ability to think analytically and to find analytical solutions to problems
  • You may have some experience in analysing qualitative data
  • You speak English and German with professional or bilingual proficiency. Additional language proficiencies are advantageous but not essential.
  • You have strong proficiency within Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • You have strong organisational skills and have the ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations
