Based in B2B International’s New York office, I work closely with our clients and handle all aspects of the research process – from the initial discussion when we gain an understanding of a client’s business issues through to our delivery of actionable findings. Along the way, I develop research plans and proposals, write questionnaires and guides, oversee fieldwork, analyze results, and ultimately craft the story and recommendations that we present to clients.

What is the best thing about working at B2B International?

I really enjoy the variety of projects we take on, and the wide range of industries we research keeps the work very interesting and challenging.

What is the best advice you have ever been given?

Be a good listener. Truly listening and trying to understand what people want makes a huge difference in both professional and personal relationships.

What is your favourite place you have visited – and why?

Petra in Jordan. The ruins of the ancient city carved into the rocks of the desert are amazing and it is truly unlike any other place I’ve visited. And having visited makes the scenes in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade that were filmed there more fun to watch.

What is your favourite book?

I read To Kill a Mockingbird as a young teenager, and even though I had barely a care in the world then, its themes of compassion and courage in the face of injustice were powerful to me. It remains culturally significant and an enjoyable read.

What is your favourite pastime?

I enjoy spending my free time with those nearest and dearest, including my yellow lab named Leo. The usual hangouts are the local park and food & drink spots near home in Brooklyn, NY.
