Never let any opportunity pass you by, as you never know where it may take you.
What is your favourite place you have visited – and why?
Not necessarily the most exotic place I have been but I have to say Anglesey, Wales. I love the contrast between the beautiful countryside and the dramatic coastline. It also holds fond memories for me having spent many family days there out on the beach, surfing and having bbqs.
What is your favourite book?
Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach. I discovered the book whilst doing a research project at University and it has to be one of the most inspiring books I have read.
What is your favourite pastime?
Photography. I mostly favour travel photography as I enjoy exploring new places and capturing my experiences in a creative way so I can share the memories and reminisce.
