B2B International Performs Strongly in the MRS League Table

B2B International MRS League Table

The MRS (Market Research Society) has just released its annual league table of the largest organisations within the UK research and insight industry – the second largest market research industry in the world.

With overall levels of growth in turnover of 2.5% during the 12-month period, the picture is broadly positive, indicating that the industry is getting stronger and emerging from the impact of the recession.

B2B International’s growth during this period far outstripped the industry average and the specialist b2b market research company – which has offices in North America, China, Germany and Singapore in addition to its London presence and Manchester headquarters – is revealed to be the 5th fastest growing organisation in the table. Company revenue last year rose from £5.1m to £6.5m – a year-on-year increase of 28%.

CEO Matthew Harrison commented: “It’s pleasing to see the industry as a whole performing well and, of course, we’re delighted that B2B International has once again shown itself to be a particularly strong performer. As a company, we really do believe in investing in our business to help it grow: attracting, recruiting and training the best market researchers and support staff; investing in our facilities – IT infrastructure, telephone systems, data processing software and the like – to better enable our people to do their jobs efficiently; and so on. All of this has the ultimate aim of better serving our clients and exceeding their expectations, and we’re delighted that, from the feedback we receive and the number of clients who return to us time and again, we seem to be doing well in this regard.
