Julia Cupman
Julia is Business Development and Research Manager at B2B International in the USA. She graduated in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and has lived, studied and worked in both France and Germany. She joined B2B International in the UK as an International Research Executive after having pursued a career in research for the media. In her spare time, she is currently completing a Masters in Marketing by distance learning from the University of Durham.
Julia’s role at B2B involves designing and managing global projects. She has conducted face-to-face and teledepth interviews with senior business people across Europe, moderated face-to-face and online focus groups, and has carried out in-depth desk research and data analysis (qualitative and quantitative). The projects she has managed indicate the wide range of industries in which she has conducted market research, and her recent clients include Agfa, Air Products, Albemarle, BOC, Dow, Gillette, JohnsonDiversey, Macfarlane, Manchester Business School, McCann Erickson, Michelin, SCA, Shell, Tyco and Univar.
Outside of work, Julia is a cellist and has performed as a soloist, orchestral and ensemble player. She has an artistic flair ranging from composing music of all kinds to interior design, and enjoys international film and cinema and a variety of sports. Her love of languages has resulted in considerable travel across Europe, which has been beneficial to her role at B2B. |
