Emma Flood

Emma joined B2B International in 2008 in the role of Research Manager.  Whilst studying at Aston Business School for a combined honours degree in Business Administration and Psychology, Emma spent her industrial placement year at B2B International as a junior research executive, establishing her career in market research.  Following graduation, she continued to build her experience at different market research agencies across the North West of England as well as London.

After a decade in the industry, Emma is well versed in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with particular expertise in managing customer satisfaction, branding and segmentation studies in business markets.  She is experienced in conducting in-depth interviews with senior business personnel, moderating face-to-face and online focus groups, as well as analysing, interrogating and reporting back on qualitative and quantitative data.

Her most notable expertise lies in managing multi-country mixed-methodology studies in industrial markets such as construction, chemicals and pharmaceuticals – and she has conducted research in more than 60 countries worldwide.  In addition to this, Emma has a great deal of experience in providing market research for public sector clients, having worked for several Business Links and RDAs amongst others.

Outside the office, Emma enjoys extra-curricular light hearted learning, having completed a course in holistic therapy and recently embarking on distance learning studies to gain a qualification in nutrition and dietetics.  Despite this, her favourite food is still chocolate!
