Tom Percival to Lead B2B International’s Expanding London Team as Managing Director

We are thrilled to be expanding our team in the UK capital to support our growth ambitions in both the UK and across the globe. As part of this expansion, we have promoted previous Research Director, Tom Percival, to the role of Managing Director in London. In this new role, he will be responsible for fronting the growth in London and the wider UK market alongside the leadership team, as well as leading the our growing research team in London.

Tom brings with him a wealth of experience having held the role of Research Director in London for 4 years, leading a number of key client accounts. He has worked with some of the largest B2B brands in the world including Cisco, Sodexo, JLL, Ericsson and Canon.

His market research experience is wide ranging, but he specializes is in Buyer Journey, Persona, and Value Proposition Research. He has worked for some of the biggest names in the B2B sector across a number of different industry verticals including (but not limited to) Financial Services, Real Estate and Tech.

Prior to his role at B2B International, Tom also worked in Hong Kong in various Market Research and Consultancy positions, dedicating his time to creating these superior experiences for his global clients through tailored research programs.
