What is the best thing about working at B2B International?
Every day is different; I’m always working on projects of different types for different industries so it keeps things interesting.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
“Do what makes you happy and everything else will be okay.” My mum told me this when I was 17 and applying for universities; I was stressed about what course to do because I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get a job at the end of it if I picked the wrong course. She told me to do what I would enjoy and the rest of it would work itself out, and it turns out she was right.
What is your favourite place you have visited – and why?
Anywhere where I’m next to the sea! I grew up in a small fishing village and always lived next to the sea as a child, so that’s where I feel most at home.
What is your favourite book?
I don’t read much but I’m always open to anything by Nicholas Sparks. If I’m reading it’s to switch off so I like something easy and I am a bit of a hopeless romantic.
What is your favourite pastime?
It would have to be having all my family together and playing with my little cousins. I have a big family so it doesn’t happen often but I love taking the kids out on the farm or swimming in the summer. It’s always just an excuse for me to act a bit childish!
