According to new research by Experian, Manchester is now rated as the most ‘vibrant’ city centre in Britain. The “Vibrancy Index”, compiled using census and commercial data, highlights the strong influx of young professionals and students to the city in recent years. Manchester, rated 21st only a decade ago, has seen its young population rocket due to the redevelopment of the city into flats and businesses. Living costs are also said to be responsible for Manchester’s rise to the top, as regional cities such as Manchester are considerably cheaper than living in the capital.
These findings go hand in hand with our previous blog article, highlighting Manchester as the most linguistically diverse city in the UK, and show great promise for the city that is home to B2B International and many of it’s employees.
