Last week, B2B International held its Loyalty Beyond Reason: Securing Customers For Life conference at Cranage Hall, Cheshire, and the day was deemed a great success.
Lead speakers Chris Daffy, Jane Schofield and Tim Poyntz who introduced various aspects – both good and bad – of customer loyalty and service, were joined on stage by guest speakers Graeme Hall, Adrian Colman and David Buck to recount case studies which helped to illustrate and bring to life the topics discussed. We were delighted to also welcome Robert Crawford, Chief Executive at SOCAP (Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals) for our afternoon Expert Q&A session.
Delegates on the day included representatives from Airedale International Air Conditioning, AkzoNobel, BASF, Biffa Waste Services, Brammer, E.ON, ESAB, Jacksons Fencing, James Walker Group, Macfarlane Packaging, Molson Coors, Nynas, Photoscreen, Speedy, Sporting Index, SITA, Tata Steel and Wittur.
We’d like to thank all attendees for contributing to the success of the conference – especially for the insightful questions and comments which fed into our Q&A session, bringing about some lively debate and ending the day on such a positive note. Here’s to the next time…!
