Daniel Sun

Daniel recently joined B2B International as Asia Business Development Manager, having just completed his MBA programme at Manchester Business School. He also holds a BSc in Computer Science and MEng in Software Engineering.

Prior to moving to Manchester, Daniel ran a software branch company for several years in China, serving clients principally from the steel manufacturing sector. During this time, Daniel assisted the company in growing its business significantly and strengthening its international presence, as well as supporting the company through a joint venture. As a result, he has extensive knowledge of heavy industries, together with experience of numerous other industrial sectors, such as aerospace, automotive and FMCG, through his recent work on several MBA projects.

Daniel has a multinational family background – thus, he is passionate about travelling, learning about new cultures and languages, sampling local delicacies and collecting obscure artefacts. He is also a big fan of watching football, as well as playing basketball, where he has represented Manchester Business School in the MBA tournament. In order to avoid being labelled as either a ‘Blue’ or a ‘Red’ supporter in Manchester, Daniel prefers a neutral ‘White’ stance as an avid follower of Real Madrid.
