Carol-Ann Morgan |
![]() Carol-Ann joined B2B International in 1999 from Salford University where she worked as a lecturer and social researcher in the Faculty of Health Care Professions. She has a Masters degree from the Medical School at Manchester University in Public Health and Health Promotion and has undertaken further post graduate studies at the University of Salford. As a Director of B2B International, Carol-Ann is in charge of research techniques; both qualitative and quantitative. Carol-Ann has written widely on the use of qualitative techniques within research and is very familiar with large, multi-country quantitative research having carried out hundreds of client satisfaction/employee satisfaction and branding studies using this type of methodology. Equally, Carol-Ann has constantly been updating statistical approaches to client satisfaction research to get more from the data such studies yield. Now that her "children" are grown up, Carol-Ann's interests are mainly fell walking with her husband and dog, and local and national politics. As well as playing badminton regularly, she's also a dab hand at making cakes, which she finds therapeutic! |

I was impressed by B2B International's outstanding abilty to execute on a compressed timeline as well as their abilty to analyze and communicate extensive data in a concise and meaningful way.
