Our Day at the Customer Experience Awards 2014

Yesterday saw the teams from B2B International and Molson Coors descend on ExCeL London for the finals of the UK Customer Experience Awards 2014.

Over the past 4 years B2B International has worked closely with Molson Coors to develop an internal customer culture that has delivered an industry sector leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) result within their Independent, On-Trade category. This has led to increased customer loyalty and retention that is reflected in their financial results.

In our award category (Insight & Feedback – A Focus On Understanding) we were up against another 4 finalists, including Samsung Electronics, but sadly we were just pipped to the winners award by Gousto; well done to those guys!

We look forward to going one step further next year!
