I think the main point to make is &#039;nobody wants to feel they are getting less for the same price&#039; – it will leave them feeling unfulfilled, unsatisfied and a greater likelihood to turn their back on a product, brand or service.

In these recessional times, listen to your customers closely or you could get a nasty surprise if you aren&#039;t satisfying needs and delivering value, especially when the economy does recover and customers will definitely vote with their feet</description>
