No sooner have we posted the second chapter of our latest e-book "Questionnaire Design", than Chapter 3 becomes available! This third installment looks in more detail at the different types of questions that can be asked in a market research questionnaire. At the top level, there are three different types of question that can be posed: Behavioural, attitudinal and classification. Each type of question can be used to elicit a certain type of information and, as the chapter discusses, some are suited to particular types of research more than others.
