		<description>I&#039;ve seen similar research in the computer industry.  Much of my client work is in noisy data centers, I bring in my own ear plugs.  

Almost no one I work with in these environments were ear protection, just can&#039;t get them to wear them.  

Not quite the sounds one might find in the entertainment industry, but it does creates damage all the same.  Thanks for the resource to pass along.
