		<description>An excellent article. Here in Australia our main airline QANTAS recently adjusted its logo. But it did so in a subtle and careful way similar to Shell. A slight change to the color, size and shape of the logo on the tail of the plane did the job perfectly. They had clearly learned the lession from the British Airways debacle. No doubt some well conducted qualitative research was used. Most probably focus groups.</description>
