Alex Clements

Alex joined B2B International in 2006 and is Operations Coordinator and Supervisor. He initially joined the team as an interviewer and then progressed to his current role shortly after, taking responsibility for training, quality and assisting with project management.

Alex has a great understanding of the methodology necessary for interviewing, gained from his days as part of the interviewing team. He recruits and trains new interviewers to work to the highest standard of both qualitative and quantitative research; he conducts briefings and ongoing training to ensure quality control within the unit. He has managed many B2B Medical projects alongside the Operations Manager, gaining a great understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and many different therapy areas.

When unleashed from the B2B office, Alex likes to spend time with computers, playing guitar and eating in sophisticated restaurants. For added excitement, he enjoys rifle shooting, live music, live comedy and travelling. Alex regularly takes trips to Germany with his fiancée to visit her family and looks forward to their impending wedding.
