Every year, we recruit new or recent graduates to our international market research management programme with a view to fast-tracking them towards management positions within B2B International.

You will be provided with specific objectives for each module and be guided by a mentor (one of B2B International’s directors).

Research & Business Development Manager

London, £45-55K, depending on experience and background

B2B International is a successful and thriving company with offices in UK, Asia and the US. With its head office and operations in Manchester, we have recently opened an office in London and now seek an experienced person the to help grow the client base and manage the office. This is a critical role to the further growth of B2B International.

  • Are you currently a research manager or AD looking for the next challenge?
  • Do you have the drive and ambition to develop business in a newly set up office?
  • Do you have the skills to win business?
  • Do you have the skills to manage people and projects?

If so, we are looking for an experienced research manager with abilities/interest in business development to run our newly opened centrally based London office. The focus of the role is to develop business in the London and Southern regions, day to day management of the London office, currently staffed by 2 research managers and overseen by a company director.

Person Profile

  • Lively, driven, individual, enthusiasm to succeed, team player, leadership qualities
  • Degree level education, good spoken and written English
  • 5 years’ experience in market research (preferably agency side)
  • B2B experience useful but not essential
  • Research Manager level – experienced at leading and managing research teams
  • Desire to participate in building a company – experience in business development approaches online and offline desirable
  • Commitment to business growth
  • London based, preferably with contacts already

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of research staff in London office (currently 2 staff) including allocation of projects to staff and follow up of progress and completion
  • Generation of new business in London and SE/SW area
  • Input to the marketing and business development plan to achieve this
  • Execution of business development activity with other London staff
  • Taking/responding to a brief, writing proposals, pitching for projects, winning business
  • Project design and execution using team members across B2B International
  • Data analysis, research report writing (PP presentation format) and client presentations of research findings and recommendations

Market Research Telephone Interviewer

Based Bramhall, Manchester

B2B International is a successful, thriving company whose Head Office is located in Bramhall, Manchester. Due to continuous growth, we are recruiting for the best in market research interviewers, and our roles are designed to meet the flexibility that our employees and clients need.

Duties include:

  • Conducting market research surveys with the appropriate participants over the telephone
  • Meeting performance targets and quality standards
